On a blistery cold night like tonight, there's little better than a winter ale like De Dolle Brouwerij's Stille Nacht. Extremely limited in production, Stille Nacht is a full-bodied, abbey styled ale.
With elegant notes of nutmeg, malt, subtle hops, and molasses, the rich, amber-coloured brew staves off the cold with an abv of 12%. On the finish, a floral hue lingers as you anticipate the next sip.
